It's what FriendFinder-x does once your paid membership lapses...they inundate you with spam to get you to rejoin. I'll bet the flirts. etc cease once you pay again.

I agree! I have just been a standard member for a month, but do admit I have had alot of response. Have all the flirts, hotlists, friend requests been real....maybe. What bothers me is that someone is getting very wealthy exploiting human emotion and fantasy. 'Fantasy' is mainly what drives people to be addictive to FriendFinder-x. Makes me wonder what survey results would be of people that actually have realized their fantasies via this sight. My guess is rather low, but the thought of finding a rewarding result is what keeps people here. Kind of like gambling, and thinking if I just keep pouring money and time into this, life will be good. Is better for the human spirit, soul, and self worth to devote more time and energy to productivity and a potential 'real' partner/friend. Maybe buy a few points here and there as a standard member if you feel there really is a quality person you want to connect with? Anyway, just my opinion.

Well when my gold is gone I bet that the under 50 starts on me- again. For now I ignore unless they are rude. My primary interest right now is blogs and I am going to start Symposium again (Virtual Symposium Group) use Virtual Symposium Group

I agree with you. I have limited my time on here as well. Changed some priorities. I was good for about two months and did not get any further than when a non paying member. Good luck with your new goals!

I believe this site is mostly fantasy also, far from reality. I was Gold for over a year or two, and either a lot of the women profiles are not real, or there is so many men on here women are in a candy store to choose from. For a man, it is like playing the lottery, you lose more than you win, guaranteed. Since my gold expired, I don't get any messages, no views, and no friend requests. I decided that I can have more success on my own locally, than on this website. I was 32 when i first got on here, and i met some really good, real, local people. The site has really changed over the years, and honestly not for the better. I will never pay or join a dating site again. Good luck to you all. I hope you find what you're looking for in life.
