 it may be common decency , but even in emails some people cant handle" sorry ,not interested" and send a nasty email .that is more then likely why they didnt respond back to you because of a few not so well mannered people. just take a no responds as a responds

 I agree with littlebbw! I have had people send nasty messages back when I say not interested. No response is a response. That said, if you read their profile throughly and you sent a well thought out message, it is totally acceptable to send yet another well worded message after some time has gone by. There again, no response is a response. I do generally, do respond with a polite no thank you if someone has taken the time to write a lenghty, personalized message.
