Found my best way not to flake out.

So I have come to realize what conditions i "flake out" under.

I've noticed that in the past when I believe i'm going to finally meet up with someone, it's fun - it's flirty - and then between now and that Play Date ... I get flirted or messaged by so many members (I am definitely not complaining about the amount of contact I get on here .... but as a Single Female who is quite playful, I easily get up to a 100 or so flirts and messages a week) ... and there goes my attention span.

And I think what happens to me then is ... It is very overwhelming with so many great people wanting to meet .... that the fun and anticipation of my play date that I committed to gets lost in all the fun of chatting with others.

So in two and a half weeks, there is a person coming quite a distance to see me ( I don't know what would make a person fly for a night ... but once again ... not complaining ... in fact, quite honored). I decided it's only fair that for me to keep that anticipation building and not to lose interest in my commitment under the tidal wave of all this contact that FriendFinder-x has generated for me, I am only going to chit chat with people until the visit is over.

All I can say is if this doesn't work for you, you can take solace in knowing if we ever make a play date together, you will get the same considerations.

For those couple of people I have unfortunately flaked out on - I AM VERY APOLOGETIC ... I'm just relieved you were very local and didn't lose time or money trying to get here and maybe one day you'll<b> forgive </font></b>me and we might have another chance.

 Well said. You are 100 percent correct. You can easily become distracted. Every new message looks better than the last...lol
