No matter the many nice words and 'benefits' you try to sanitize, it remains a disgusting sexual act.
It's consequences will be embedded deep in your brain to inhibit your sexual neurochemicals.
The neurochemical/neurotransmitter that gets a negative loop from masturbation habit is DOPAMINE.
Dopamine is the chemical responsible for rewarding your pleasurable acts.
Any habit begins with a CUE then a CRAVING, then a RESPONSE, then a REWARD. Masturbation is addictive. Just like sugar, cigarettes and cocaine. Anything that gets you addicted to its reward system is negative. Discard it. Once you are addicted to masturbation, you will never find pleasure in sex with your woman.
You will never satisfy your woman because you brain is programmed to find sexual pleasure through masturbation ONLY.

Your brain has figured out that the only route to feed your dopamine is by masturbation.
This is the chronic phase.
Every moment you attempt to penetrate your woman you find yourself failing to maintain an erection. You can't prolong the act. No sooner do you get down than you lose interest. What an embarrassment!

So,Men STOP masturbating. Just stop it because it is bulshit. Approach women and sex them. Don't fear women. They want to be touched and sexed too. Be the man that nature wanted you to become. I see guys who are probably addicted to masturbation laughing off. Masturbation has affected so many men out here.
Many are struggling to come out of this addiction and it has affected their sexual relationships. Don't make jokes.

How do you get out of masturbation?

1. Eliminate the cues

- Delete porn videos and images from your sight.

- Unfollow porn sites.

2. Beat cravings

- Go out, lift weights, jog, hike

- Read books

- Get busy

3. Suppress the response

- Get a woman.

Most guys have low self-esteem, little confidence, or are depressed -

- Fix yourself.

- Get busy. Hook up to an activity in the house like laundry,<b> dancing </font></b>in the house.
Suppress the erection immediately.

4. Reject the REWARD.

- Reject it by denouncing it.

- Visualize the consequences.
