Story or not continued. Part Two

Part 2

Alys neared the outer wall, inspecting the bodies of the fallen guards. She grabbed their IDs and checked the caliber of their ammunition. Not useful. She frowned. Since her advantage was stealth and agility she only carried a silenced pistol, and rarely used it. Her primary weapons were the katana on her back, and the knives at her side. She moved the bodies to the shadows and then scurried to the base of the wall simultaneously removing her backpack. Reaching in, she produced the first of the three explosive charges she carried. She knew exactly where to place it. There was a guardhouse near each gate, and thermal scans showed one guard in the building and two standing nearby. She just needed to silently place a charge on one of the buildings to secure her exit.
As she crept nearer to the eastern gate the voices of the guards grew louder. Their thick accents made it impossible to understand what she was hearing, but she heard no alarm in their voices so she figured they hadn’t yet missed their two comrades. Without hesitation she placed the charge on the back wall of the guardhouse and set it to timer mode. She keyed in 20:00 minutes, and armed the device. That should be enough time, she thought as she slowly crept away from the nearby guards. Before long she was crouched at the base of southern wall a safe distance from the guardhouse. She kicked her right heal into the ground and a small blade popped out from the toe of her boot. She then did the same thing with her left foot, took two steps back, and then ran at the wall.
The blades on her toes dug into the concrete just enough to propel her light form upward, and in three bounds she had reached the top. She had to clear the barbed wire before she could cross over, but she had planned for that as well with a set of wire cutters secured neatly to her forearm. She also knew that the spot-lights never crossed the upper section of this wall, so the break in the wire should not be noticed. Snip! Snip! The wires fell away, and she was able to safely roll over the top of the wall and drop down into the shadows of the inner compound unnoticed.
She breathed a deep sigh of relief. “Okay,” she whispered to herself in satisfaction. “Phase one complete.”
The inner compound was littered with pallets of wooden crates, several rundown shacks, and a couple of covered trucks. No doubt containing the contraband this drug lord was peddling. There was ample cover as she darted from shadow to shadow, carefully avoiding the path of the crisscrossing searchlights.
She made her way to the generator shed without incident, setting her remaining two charges as she moved. She could hear the generator rumbling as she neared the building, but had to stop short to let a nearby sentry move out of earshot before proceeding. Looking down at her watch, she could see that there was about minutes remaining on her first timer. She couldn’t any other delays.
She looked from the pallet she crouched behind and could see that the door to the generator shed was in plain sight of one of the towers; its searchlight crossing the door every few seconds. The door had a security lock, so she grabbed one of the dead guards’ ID s, waited for the light to cross the door, took a deep breath and then bolted to the door. She quickly waved the ID at the security panel, there was a beep, and a green light flashed. At the same time she could hear the clunk of the door unlocking. As quietly and quickly as she could, she opened the door and disappeared inside. The searchlight crossed the entry just as the door closed. She stopped before closing it completely leaving it slightly ajar. Phew! That was close! She thought with a hard exhale. She turned, and her eyes quickly scanned the darkness of the shed.
The shed smelled of gasoline and exhaust, and the generator itself took up the majority of the space, rumbling loudly. A barrel and a couple of gas cans stood nearby, and an electrical panel was attached to the wall next to her with a line running to a master switch by the door. She checked the cans and found that one was empty and the other full. She then studied the generator. It was a simple enough design; a single fuel tank feeding a combustion engine. Easy enough to disrupt, but she knew that the power going was going to raise suspicion. The snipers would surely focus their attention on the shed once the lights went .

“It sure would be nice to have someone acting as over-watch about now.” Jill stated loudly, hoping that Jack would overhear.
“One more minute!” Came his reply from a distance.
She sighed, she didn’t have a minute. This whole thing had to be over in less than ten minutes or she was a goner. Granted, it was just a game, but she had worked hard on her character and she didn’t want to lose what she had gained. Jack knew that too. work!

Alys knew that she needed to time the generator shutdown with a quick exit. She removed one of her daggers and covered the blade with her sleeve. She watched as the light of the searchlight passed the door and then struck the generator’s fuel line hard with the covered dagger. It broke immediately, and fuel started to accumulate on the floor. The generator began sputtering and she briskly made for the door. By the time she reached the door handle the generator had died completely. She heard a shout erupt from outside, and knew she had to move fast.
She opened the door quickly so it would bounce shut behind her and broke for the cover of the nearby pallet. No sooner had she ducked into the shadows when a figure ran past her, heading for the shed. She watched as he stupidly waved his badge at the dead security panel, then realizing his error began searching his pockets in a frenzy. She popped her head up slightly to glance at the nearest tower. As expected there was a sniper watching the other guard fumble for his keys. Though he was pretty far away, he was not out of her range. She grabbed a throwing dagger and braced herself for a tough throw.
“Hey babe, I’m back.” Suddenly crackled in her earpiece. “Give me a second to get into the tree.”
Finally!
“We only have a few moments,” she whispered in her coms. “I just broke their generator. You need to clear the towers.”
“On it.” Kelvin confirmed.
A peek at the guard by the shed confirmed he had unlocked the door and had just stepped into the building. Her reflexes kicked in. Without thinking, the dagger leapt from her hand with lightning fast agility. The door to the shed began closing, the dagger passed by, and the door closed completely. She heard the thud of the body, and then quickly looked to the tower. She knew she was exposed. The sniper had his rifle lifted and he was sighting her in. This is it! She thought, but suddenly the man’s whole body lifted up and flew backwards out of sight.
“There’s one.” Chirped Night Wolf.
“Good timing!” Dark Angel replied as she made her way quickly to the door of the two-story building.
“There’s two.” Confirmed Night Wolf. “Not bad considering we can’t all see in the dark like you can.”
“Ha ha, shut up!” She giggled. “I know you were using night vision. I’m at the door of the large building. Can you see me?”
“Affirmative.”
“Okay, I’m going in.” She said as she stepped back a few feet from the door and lowered her thermal goggles. Two heat silhouettes, just as she had seen from the tree. She raised the goggles, and drew her pistol.
“Wait a sec—“ Shouted Night Wolf. “You don’t know what you are walking into!”
