Does "discreet" always mean "married"?

Many of the men's profiles here say that they need someone who is "discreet". I have always wondered if that means that the man is actually married, or in some other way attached to some other woman, and that he is<b> cheating </font></b>on her (even though most of those profile say that they are "divorced", or "single")

I am not interested in getting involved with a man who is attached to another woman, as I don't want to hurt anyone, or have any "drama".

What else could it mean when someone wants discretion?
