The latest face pic of Bill, the cretin behind most of the fake female profiles in the Midlands.UPDATE His real name is Philip Young, he is a 64 year old College lecturer from Roundhouse College in Derby.An email has been sent to his employers and governors and trustees of the college, I wonder if hes been fired yet ? 😆
