Lover's Twilight

The world falls softly into sleep
Underneath a starry
As we quietly retreat
Into our home away from their eyes

Candles offer a romantic glow
Shadows dance for us on the walls
The fabric of time begins to slow
As ever second moves to a crawl

Our room explodes in soft white twilight
Its warmth bathes our softened skin
Our lips press in the depth of the night
Awakening secret passions within

Our desires become pure electricity
Falling into this embrace beneath the stars
A universe explodes between our bodies
This moment they could never tear apart
Our souls long for each other
We crave each other’s gentle touch
We ascend into Twilight lovers
Within our sanctuary of trust
Our bodies crash together
Riding this torrent of passion
Every loving moan becomes a treasure
lovers connect as

As I gaze into your emerald eyes
Admire the soft glow on your skin
As stars sparkle in the skies
Our love beats deep within

Sunrise, Sunset, Twilight
Awaken tender memories
Of love bursting inside
