Run-Lift-Fuck!


It's late, I know, but I finally have decided on my 2021 New Resolution. It's subscribe a healthier lifestyle, and increase my energy and vitality stave off the troubles of aging. My goal is Run more, Lift more, and Fuck more. And why not?

Running is a great cardiovascular exercise that doesn't take anything but a decent pair of sneakers and road ... which there is no shortage of. Get out and run, twenty or thirty minutes, a few times a wee I've talked friends who do it, and they tell that all you need do is just run until you get tired, then wal The biggest struggle is just keep doing it. Before you know it, you're not so tired and that thirty minutes goes by easier and easier. I look forward that.

Lifting requires something heavy. I like dumbbells, myself. And really the workouts with dumbbells that you can do are incredibly numerous. My goal is get days a week in lifting heavy weights. I love lifting, because just like running, it doesn't require a lot of thought or special equipment. Sure you can get on the circuit machines, but you can also plan out your<b> workout </font></b>be circuit style with the dumbbells. My favorite exercise method, from the book "Body For Life", is not go too crazy, just focus on the large muscle groups ... biceps, triceps, chest, back, shoulders, quads, hamstrings, and calves ... and the smaller muscles are also going to get involved to maintain form and stabilize the movements. I say don't go too hard too fast. Get used to the moves with lower weights first. And more important, get to the gym to do the<b> workout </font></b>on a regular basis ... once you have that down, then add more weight to get those muscles challenged. That's my plan.

Fucking ... do I have to say anything more. The endorphins, the feeling, the cardio benefit, and the joy of orgasm. Mixed with the other activities discussed, it is the best way to round off a week of activity. BUT ... no one wants to do this just once a wee Believe , I sure as hell don't want . So my goal is at least twice a wee That sweet sweet pleasure of (or more) bodies getting sweaty together, touching, tasting, smelling, and seeing the pleasure ... damn that's a great<b> workout.

</font></b>Putting them all together, Run ... Lift ... Fuck! That's the key to a healthy and happy life. Who wants to join me?
