'Tis the season ....

For caring, compassion, giving, understanding.....remember, there are those are less fortunate or just need someone show them they care.

Many people have a tough time around the holidays for various reasons and sometime a smile or a simple hello can go a long way. If you know someone is struggling with<b> depression </font></b>please keep tabs on them, be available just listen if they want talk - sometimes having someone talk can make a world of difference. I have a friend having a rough spot right now - I check in with her via text or phone, try get her see all the little positives where I can and let ger know what she is worth .....I try make her laugh, talk about anything get her mind off her troubles, she knows some is in her corner.

I give the priviledged where I can through 6th he year, donate the local food bank, a few dollars in thd jar, donate yo various collection drive at work, donate yime help build houses for Habitat gor Humanity. Every little bit helps!

 Very good post! I try to help in anyway I can. I give in 2 ways. 1- when I go grocery shopping for Christmas dinner. I normally have tons of groceries. We have special needs people who help take out the groceries to the car. Every year, I try to get a different person to help me. I give them a $50.00 tip. I love how much they glow. 2nd way I help is- I give a whole Christmas dinner fixings to the food pantry. I love helping others. 💕

 I am in a Vets group where I work and this year some of us went to the National Veteran's Museum here in Columbus and put up and decorated the Christmas tree there. Having severed for 12 yrs I always try to do something for the vets organization in the area and help a brother or sister out .

HornyOhioM69 - organizations that support the Vets are well worth donating to. The company I work for does a lot for Veterans and that makes me proud to work for them. I also volunteer as a fireman, we donate to Gifts for GI's every year.
