A Glimpse

A Glimpse I could be at work.. but I'm still cuddled in jammies drinking coffee...... I have phone calls, paper work, a shipment direct, an employee manual finish. But.............. I have a luncheon attend... But...... Drinking coffee in a mini mouse cup in the fuzzy feel of comfort.... soaking in a moment of unexpected sunshine.... music flowing...… It's so naughty... but sometimes naughty is incredibly de----vineeee.. I bought of those silly little wind spinner things........ watching it turn as I gently blow... so simple... yet.... incredible..... It takes back wild flowers that landscaped the hills last spring.... The cold mountain air took uncovered skin beyond the phase of goosebumps; making it the color of a red sunrise, as I walked among them, brushing against<b> boots. </font></b>What I funny picture I would of made if anyone had accidentally stumbled upon .... hair messed from sleep, a pink binki snug between lips, a long sleeve t-shirt 4 sizes big that barely covers a pull up, sturdy<b> boots </font></b>and socks knees with a lacy ruffle, and a pistol.... strapped to thigh in a holster with a pretty pink bow........ Half ---half heathen...... not lost... and unaware... yet guarded and prepared.... I could command an army.... or submit fear........ Some people meet half..... while others bring the other half..... very few get a glimpse of both...… You can't capture the spirit of ...without understanding the other..... They're intertwined like those wild flowers and mountain air.... take without the other and the beauty of both die....... Each visit..... try something new....become a bit bolder....explore the within, a little more..... accepting the weird and redefining the norm..... |
