Background check site??

Just wondering if anyone else has came a crossed this scam.. and I guess it could work on both a guy or gal but I can only speak for myself.

You get chatting with someone then they ask you to them or go to hangouts or . where there they send you some bogus pics claiming to be them and then tell you how excited you make them and that they want to meet you like right now ..

then they come back saying... I have had some bad meetings and to protect myself I set up a here on this site.. just go here and create a profile. The site doesn't charge you anything but they require a for age verification and as part of their<b> background </font></b>check to make sure your not a stalker or anything like that.. this is for my protection and yours and don't worry your wont be charged anything... once done and all checks you will get my contact info, and phone so we can meet.

when I go to the site it looks so fake there is no /ssl certificate with a signer/company listed no encryption. I wouldn't even give my name on the site. When you go back to the person they just play dumb and say I have been using the site for months now and haven't had any issues with it.. like of course not your scamming people of their numbers and security codes on the back of the cards...

anyone else come a crossed this scam?
