Snowbird Migration

Here in South Texas, which relies on tourism, getting ready for the Snowbird migration is an annual affair. For some businesses, it becomes the difference between surviving the winter and going out of business so the preparations become critical.

For the rental accommodations it is a matter of rate adjustment along with perks and environment. Most Snowbirds are going to be in an age range of 60 – 80, married, and from the upper Midwest. Most older Midwesterners are rather tight with their ! The rental rates are going be significantly discounted for longer term such as weekly or monthly but only good until spring break starts where the real is.
