Why is Taiwan homophobic even after homo marriage is legalized?

This website has all sexual types on it. I can find bisexual men in western countries here any day any time. But i live in Taiwan and in the entire three years of being a gold member i have not met a single gay or bi man from Taiwan through any website. Including this website. Why is that? Why are there not more bisexual men interesting in actually connecting through this site in Taipei?

The quality of interaction with Taiwan people here feels extremely low; while the quality with western people is quite . There are thousands of Taiwanese profiles here but i have never gotten any hit from them except from a few straight men who were<b> curious </font></b>about my gf. That feels homophobic, heteronormative, and boring. Boring is the main problem of course, since the is to have fun.

Where are all you "open minded" people, especially now that homo marriage has even been legalized here?
