Well, I remembered I just didn't do it. Turn the clock back, or clocks as the case was/is. I was up at the usual time, the body clock waking me before the alarm clock. But, because DST started last night I'm up an hour sooner than I need to be

No point in trying to sleep in that extra hour we've gotten because of the turn back. As I said the body clock is tuned to the old time frame. Wow, just though about it, we've all gone back in time...and we didn't even need a Delorian, Glass Phone booth, or a Tardus to do it.

Any who, I hope you all survived the trip, and are feeling better rested. I'm going to hit the shower and soak a bit longer today...I've got the time.

I'm out...but look for me yesterday...

I did one clock ( the stove) and the manual alarm. The rest of them can fix themselves. I went to bed early and my body alarm did the usual Happy November

I woke up after the same number of hours of sleep which is never enough. Then I had that extra hour today to work. Meanwhile my dog is annoyed because she feels I fed her an hour late as it was already dark, LOL.

when am now running errands i am losing track of how long i have been out.
i didn't change my car clock in the spring. so i've been adjusting the math for 6 mo. now i'm adding the hour and i'm like how the crap have i taken this long at the grocery store?? i keep looking at my cell to know what time it is.

my body isn't adjusting to time since we've been in this nonstop COVID partial quarantine of being home all the time.
