 The mind is a total blank today. It happens I suppose? Pain woke me again this morning. The shoulder was barking long before I woke up. My neck and back stiff and sore as I rose out of bed. I wobbled like a new born fawn as I grabbed some wall to keep my self from toppling over. Placing my hand palm flat, my fingers numb felt swollen two twice their size. They weren't though, just numb like I'd been setting on my hand all night long.

I must have done too much yesterday, moving furniture, tearing out carpets and padding in that eviction unit I started on Thursday. Tearing out the carpets and padding is easy really..the part that gets me is scraping the staples off the floor that hold the padding down. Hitting an exposed nail in the process can be a little jarring. I think I'm getting to old to do this anymore.

Any who...time for me to jump in the shower.

 i packed up the car with stuff for my drive back from my apt to the house.
overdid it. still had some ibuprofen 800 around. took two after packing up and going upstairs. then took one after unpacking.

stuff still in laundry baskets...

i don't really want to dismantle the shelves but they take up so much space assembled... so much easier to move that way, tho!
