Of tile on the kitchen floor I was demoing yesterday. This makes the fourth one, two layers of recent stuff, and a layer of thin ply-wood under those ( I assume to level the entire floor after a section was repaired ages ago. It was held down with both nails and mega staples making it bitch to get off. ) And now this last layer of tile..put down with the old style black mastic that still as fresh and sticky as the day it was put down. The hard wood under that... that I've uncovered so far looks as though it just came out of the lumber mill. Shame that they'll be covering the entire units floor with that cheep new style click together plastic tile. Aside from demoing the floor yesterday, I also took all the doors off the kitchen cabinets and sanded them as well as the face frames down so they could be painted. Before that I shoveled out two of the three phases... fun stuff. Needless to say, but I'm sore as hell now. If it doesn't ache, it's numb.

We're down to the last hours of the Trump Presidency as well. I probably won't see much of the change over, or Biden's taking the oath of office. I still have more flooring to pull up in the unit I was working in then I get to do the same in the unit next door. Of course mother nature has dropped more of the white stuff on us last night. So I'll be out shoveling this morning again. { See Joy, I didn't send all of the snow your way, as it's still falling here. At any rate you won't really have to deal with it, unless you want to, being under stay at home orders. What I wouldn't give to be inside your bubble with you. Getting sore keeping warm and sung together instead of working here. }

Any who, I'm off to shower.....
