Although the warm weather won't last. It never does around here. The guys that forecast the weather tell us that by weeks end it'll be snowing once again. Typical, like the old adage if you don't like the weather, wait five minutes.  I spent the afternoon, cleaning up around the dumpsters, or trying too I should say. It's hard to toss bags of trash into the dumpsters that have fallen off and have been packed under copious amounts of furniture then squashed under the dumpster themselves. But it still felt good to be out in the warms sun and not have to wear two coats to keep from freezing my buns off. After that, I went to rake the cigarette butts out of the yard behind one building. With smokers in two of the units in that particular building. The yard looked like an over stuffed ashtray. Why tenants think they can flip their butts into the yard and the things will suddenly go away when the snow thaws is beyond me? Then again I find that most tenants around here tend to do what they want when they want regardless. It does no good , me bitching about it to the bosses. So I just do the job and go on to the next. I'm waiting for the carpet installer to finish his work so I can go back in and prep the unit due for a move in on Friday. Of course he left yesterday not finishing the job. So, it looks like I'll be coming down to the wire in order to get that place ready. I hate having to rush. Any who, Time for me to shower....

We have had days in the mid 60's this week. I really hope we're done with the snow. Spring is officially here in a few weeks. Woo hoo! Have a great day, and be nice to one another.

We had a few nice days but back to rain again next week The Light is shinning and she is lonely and waiting in the darkness.
