Last night after coming home from the store. She was on her side of the back porch having a smoke. Nice, mid forty's in age I'd say, brunette, on the thicker side but she wore it well. I didn't stop to chat. Too cold outside for me to shoot the breeze with her. I said Hi, she said Hi back to me. The thing is I really don't interact that much with neighbors. The last couple that lived in the unit there was never any chance meeting of the like between us at all. Hell they weren't living here that long, and I never even heard them move in, much less heard them move out. Speaking of move outs? One of the ones that has been asked to leave started moving out yesterday. ( no I didn't hear them moving stuff ) But I did have to clean up the mess they left in the stairwell yesterday. A trail of crap leading from the front door of the building straight to their apartment. I figure by next Monday I'll be in that unit cleaning it out as well. Two more units in the building are slated for move outs as well. So for the next couple of weeks the building should be pretty quiet, and def, smell less of party smoke.

I ordered a pizza sub for dinner last night at the corner store. Yeah wrong move. Can you say heartburn from hell? To top it all off the sub wasn't even that good. A pizza sub is one of the easiest to make, simple really. You have sauce, pep, and cheese. Toss it in the oven to get all toasty and the cheese all gooey.. Hard to screw up right, sure as shite they screwed it up. Putting the Pep and cheese on after they toasted the bread. Then putting the pizza sauce on cold. Hence the heart burn. Silly sods. Then again I should have expected it, I once ordered a BLT sub from them and because I asked them to put some cheese on it got a sub with cheese and nothing else. When I confronted them about it the clerk said " well you didn't ask for Bacon or ...and trailed off. " yeah dude I told him but the sub is called a BLT it's kind of expected you put the B the L and the T on it. I guess it was my fault entirely confusing them by asking to have cheese on it as well? Duh!

Any who, I'm off to shower now...

Significant Other wanted too try the Teriyaki Chicken Salad from Sub the other evening !!
Arrived at store, told person behind the counter needed a Teriyaki Chicken Salad !! His reply or question to me was, " What would you like to have in it ?? I thought to myself, " It's a salad !!" I then said, " Whatever you put into a salad !! He grabbed a clear take-out tray and started putting a small amount of everything in the tubs ! Then dumped some Chicken on top and asked , " what cheese and sauce would you like on it ?" I told him too , " Dump Your so called Salad and give me a 6 inch Teriyaki Chicken Sub instead !!!" He asked, " Would you like it warmed up or Cold ? " I payed for sandwich and left !! Did not want too see what he might do with a Spicy Italian sandwich !!! Had a bowl of soup after I got home !! I won't go back to that store & Luckily there is another about six blocks further away than that one !!!! 🤠

I hate it when people can't get orders correct. Its as though they turn their brains off. I try to frequent locally owned places that take pride in their food. They pretty much always get my order correct.

I hope your heartburn is long gone. Hugs!
