To take my meds yesterday? Lest wise I don't remember taking them. Not that it matters I can survive a day going with out. Though I am a bit sorer this morning than I usually am. That could be because I spent the entire day sweeping salt out of the stairwells yesterday as well? Who knows? I just took them for today so, in case I ask let me know I did.  Hell getting old sometimes huh? Got a call mid morning from the boss... He was at the big box hardware and wanted to know what size and type of new wet mop heads I needed. Did I want the sixteen ounce? Or the twenty-four ounce? Then he wanted to know if I wanted the cotton wet mops or the ones made of man made fibers? Cotton please, the man made fibers are for applying floor finishes mainly. I don't do that around here as most of the floors are no wax. Sure they would do the job just as well.. but why pay more for something you don't need? He also told me he picked me up some oven cleaner which I really needed. I needed the mop heads too, as the old one was falling apart. The salt wearing the cotton threading out. Texted my oldest minion a Happy Birthday message at lunch yesterday. He seemed pleased I remembered. Like I could forget my first son's birthday. I may be old and forget to take my meds on occasion but some things you don't forget. Well, it's Groundhogs Day... Today our local Groundhog will be popping his head out of his burrow and seeing his shadow or not. Phil, always puts on a big show for the day. Thing is, most times the whole shadow thing usually ends up with us having six more weeks of winter. Funny how that works out, being six weeks from now is the official start to Spring. Still it's a reason to party in what would otherwise be a rather dull/ drab month, It's really supposed to warm up today, then it starts raining, of course the temps will drop turning the ran in to sleet, then snow. The boss wasn't happy hearing the weather reports on the news. Telling me a crap storm is coming. Yeah I watch the news...no need to tell me. Nothing worse than an ice storm then getting dumped on with more snow after that. On top of what already out there. I joked with him asking if It would be okay to put in for some vacation time, he got a laugh. Well the city is starting to take steps and gotten out the front loaders to clear some of the snow.. they have actually been doing so since we got hit with the stuff this last time. But they are starting to tow all the snow birds ( cars buried under and still parked on the streets ) as well. There are a number of them around here they can tow off that look like big piles of snow an not sitting cars. Of course by the time they get around to our streets we will have been hit with this new storm. Being how that everything will freeze over first, the job will be fun to watch. Any who, time for me to hit the showers.....

We are expecting snow. Was supposed to hit today. But now it’s been moved to tonight. I don’t think we are going get anything. Just cold. Stay warm! Have a great day! 💋 Staci

2 to 3 inches when I woke up and still coming down 😯 Appears to be more of a powder type of snow 🙂 In the meantime ; never got into ice fishing , it just never appealed to me 🤠

I struggle to remember if I took my meds so I bought one of those weekly pill sorter things. It is super important that I get my thyroid med every day. If I wonder, I can just go back and check the pill sorter and know I did take it. Or didn't, LOL.
