Yeah I'm not sure a 24 hour fast would be enough to clear the slate either. Maybe 100?!?!

By the way, I have heard a Rabbi declare "The Book of Life" a *theological catastrophe*, with its fire-and-brimstone approach to regulating our moral compasses. Against all odds, I retain just enough optimism to believe people make good choices because we are inherently good, not because we are fearful of a mythical afterlife.

Most fasts allow consumption of beverages to avoid dehydration and its many health issues.
So if you swallow from a bow job, no chewing, is it a beverage? Or food?
