 I have in the past when in Thailand on my first visit 5 years ago. That was first time in all my years & didn't seem all that odd. Is different over there as you can have a few drinks at various Bars & find one you really like because there are so many attractive women to choose from.

I've never asked my women to pay for sex

they've flown me to them

they've paid for my hotel and meals

paid for movies, concerts, baseball tickets

but, they've never actually given me money

that's an interesting concept

 I'll answer your question with a question... Depending on the details, is it much different if you get taken out to a dinner, movies, drinks or whatever else & then put out, versus knowing you have bills to pay so just have it given to you instead & then put out?

True story-- a long long time ago, i went to take an old friend out before a play date. She said she needed her car fixed instead. I wound up getting her car fixed...and the gratitude was waaaay better afterwards

Another girl (we did not meet) said I could either take her out or buy her college books but she'd be happier with the books.

BUT if a girl says a certain $$ amount & ties it to a certain amount of time, that's crossing a line that I won't cross.

So much of this stuff is situational I think. I noticed there were a LOT of P2P profiles in 2008 when the economy tanked

 Interesting question.
I think I would. specifically if it was transaction like in Netherlands. Women are independent contractors, good health benefits and clean.
Sex is sex it is just to get off, masturbation but better.
Relationship sex is different. It is more of connection with the person.
Now with that said I would pay for it and have my wife there with me for her pleasure too
