The night will be good !!
You invite the woman you are in love with go your house for the first time for dinner. But, you left work late, and the supermarket is already closed, you will not be able buy what you wanted and what you had planned. Need, be a little magical and creative, and invent a menu with what you have at home........I open the fridge and see a package of green mixes, I remember I have Shrimps.....make a salad " warm the Shrimps " (she will like it)..........I put the green mix on the plate , add some carrot shavings color the plate, Flambé the Shrimps on the vermouth, brown a little laminated almonds, and a light touch of sauce lemon (Sicilian)...........The house is already with perfect lighting for dinner, soft music in the background.............And of course it could not be missing, the pairing with a delicious white wine to match the a Chardonnay harmonizes very well, with several preparations of crustaceans. You can find light options, and even it is more full-bodied.........in general, they are very aromatic wines, and the non-aged options go well with the elaborate dish.

Now, Just enjoy the night..............
