WHY people JUST look around and do NOTHING ELSE?

I wonder what is FriendFinder-x heading as here is ppl who just look around and do nothing else, NO IM at all and EVEN i try BLOCK people outside my profile country NOT LOOK MY PROFILE FriendFinder-x ALLOW them look around, so FriendFinder-x is basically just spreading around even they OWN made rules are under O&A they do not follow them.

ALSO, in FriendFinder-x there is MOST OF THE WOMEN from USA, Canada who look profiles who live in ASIA are ADMINS and they sent message and behind those profile are MAN who get paid for it, as that is FriendFinder-x need get MUCH MORE PAID customers, so they hire MAN under FEMALE profile
