What is wrong in AFF?

I wonder what is wrong in FriendFinder-x as i set my OWN profile that is viewable ONLY inside the Country what is Thailand and i get those "wankers" from USA,<b> canada </font></b>and ALL OVER outside Thailand borders....

So is it that FriendFinder-x is NOT follow they own guidance rules??
