Is intelligence Sexy?

Is intelligence Sexy? I know the answer from my.own perspective, intelligence is one of the main attractions for me when it comes to a partner, there has to be a connection on a cerebral level. The feeling is hard to put into words, that moment when you're on a date and you look at the time and realise you've been sat talking for hours without pause, you've laughed, you've giggled, you've been through each others history thus far and you've been watching each other the whole time, not able to look away fir a second. There's a term 'Sapiosexual' basically refering to someone who finds intelligence sexually attractive and arousing, that certainly applies to me, and it's probably a bit of a weird statement, but I would rather fall for someone for their intelligence rather than for their looks. I'd rather see what was on the inside rather than what was on the outside. Now, saying that, and perhaps back-pedaling somewhat, there still has to be a<b> physical </font></b>connection, looks ARE important, to a degree, the desire, sex-druve and lust all play a part also, it's a package deal after all 😁 There are a percentage of people out there who have a thirst for information, a lifelong desire to learn along the way, and meeting someone like-minded is enlightening and awe inspiring, and that connection of the minds translates into a connection between two souls that is forever growing stronger with a thirst to learn and to learn from one another and not just from books, but in the bedroom too. Sexual intelligence is so important, to me, it's not just the spark, it's the fuel that feeds the flame. Wes. |
