Blocked from IM because no GOLD?

So I just confirmed with support that I am not allowed use IM at .

IM use be free for any user that joined FriendFinder-x. It was only a few years ago, but I remember pretty well. I had no problem using it. Now they want me for a gold account just use the basic functions of the site that were free?

Anyone else see how screwed this is?

The support person pretty much told f%@k off because I was calling them their BS. Somehow my account won the BS lottery for not being able use the site. Seriously, and no offense, but someone like myself should be begged stay and given as much access here help promote their product... and what do they do? They say "screw you and ."

No wonder other platforms are doing better.

It's only a matter of time before this company implodes and of you lose your accounts because of a poor company held together by duct tape and people too gullible to know better. Again, no offense.

So unless someone buys me gold, I won't be able to use the IM ever.

 You might consider a private mail blog post. You can find an example and instructions at [blog BiggLala]. Not quite the same as IM or the messages function, but it is a way to communicate.

 I understand where you are coming from. What ticked me off is when they did it, they never said a word to standard members. One day I could IM then I could not. Total silence from FriendFinder-x on the matter. They use to have silver wonder if they still do?
