Gooning

As someone who absolutely loves jerking , edging & getting hand jobs, I've just been made aware of the term Gooning. What is it ? From the website Gooner Asylum :

I couldn't agree more, it actually is a wonderful state of being. I just never knew there was a name for it beyond what I called edging
