The Sticky Afternoon It was a regular weekday afternoon and she was lazily lounging in her home. Living alone in her apartment had its perks. No one to tell her what to do, how to live, how to dress or what to eat. Exactly how she liked it. But that particular day was not how she pictured spending her day. A doorbell rang. She looked up from her computer screen, annoyed at being disturbed. She was not dressed to receive visitors. All she wore was her G-string and her glasses. Puffing out a breath, she got up from her computer, Put up her favorite Kimono, tied up her robe and went to see who was at the door. As soon as she opened the door, the person barged inside her house and grabbed her neck roughly and pushed her to the nearest wall. And she tried to make a sound, she felt a slap on her face.
