 It can be. Really depends on the situation and the nature of play at the time. Personally, once or twice resulting from enthusiasm can very much be a turn on. However, gagging for effect or as a sexual goal unto itself is not. Mixed answer but hope it helps.

 The gentleman side of me says no, I would never want to see someone suffer. The primitive side says maybe, enthusiasm is a turn on and the idea that my member is big enough to cause gagging is a turn on. Interesting question.
