 As the saying goes grass is always greener, well you know where that goes. Choices in your life that are really consequential are difficult so at the very least you realise this which is a good start. From here I would say your so called freedom wouldn't look as enticing were you to get that as casual relationships aren't by any means the one answer. By that I mean you more than likely have far stronger feelings for your husband even though he is unfortunately not in the best of shape. With all of that said it seems as if you're well aware of all this & if you do go solo than best of luck.
