Dry out facility?

So after 48 hours of R and R, it’s back home work, normality and I’m thinking major detox!! Not entirely sure whether to be proud of the amount I’ve partied, or truly<b> ashamed </font></b>that I haven’t suffered at !! Blessed have spent time with my brothers in arms x. Could do with a Damn good fuck now...
