theres really isnt anything you can do to help him its got to run its course she let him know that you will always be there for him but at same time make sure to keep an eye on him to make sure he doesnt do anything out of the ordinary or aanthing that seems odd the depression from a breakup is there but make sure that depression doesnt go past the normal because there might soething else you might have to deal with

Everyone experiences this. Maybe he just needs to know he’s not the only one going thru this.

some of the best lessons in life are the hardest ones to endure... make sure he knows you are there to talk about anything he needs to talk about... support is the best cure and time

Be philosophical. He thinks he loves her, but she does not love him enough to go on. One day, he will find somebody who mirrors his feelings and that relationship will me much better than the one he is suffering over now. At least the lad cares enough to be in a relationship!

Be a good listener and encourage him to keep himself busy. Good way to heal and meet new people. Good luck.

I don't know the relationship you have with your son...growing up (yup, I'm from a different generation)...there are some things a kid just won't talk about with their parents...and will retreat even more if the parents pursue that discussion.

As mentioned previously...time is the best healer...sadly

He's 19...he will recover and learn from the experience.

Just being there for him is the best advice I can muster.

Gibb slap him and tell him he's to young to know what love is, then get one of your girlfriends to put a leg over him. He'll soon forget the other girl.

I like work; it fascinates me. I can sit and look at it for hours. I love to keep it by me; the idea of getting rid of it nearly breaks my heart.

Be there for him when he reaches out to you.

That is a hard one when you are younger and its his first "love" , be there for him if he has questions but as the saying goes "time heals all wounds " . In due time he will be over her and back on track .
