 On the upper menu bar, go to "My Stuff", "My Account", then "Manage/Add Videos"

I think the video you add has to be in MP4 format, but, may be incorrect on that.

 Cowboy has the right answer. I too can come over and you take a video movie of me balling your beautiful wife. Then we can up load it here.
