 A blog is a personal thing. You can write whatever you like (within reason of course).

If you are specifically talking about blogs on the FriendFinder-x site, some people will use blogs to "advertise" themselves, some will use the blogs purely as a popularity contest, some like to post pictures of what interests them or what they think their audience will like, some like to be controversial or be deliberately argumentative.

Over time, people find what blogs interest them and know the ones to avoid.

A blog is simply a place for you to voice your opinion on anything and everything under the sun. Blogs can be informational and educational too. When it comes down to it and all is said and done.
