Tales of "Legitimacy"

Just a few interesting anecdotes being this site. Anyway hopefully words in this post doesn't magically disappear because of how "reliable" this site is with posts and blogs. Note: typing this on mobile seem to have made letters/word disappear and butchered the formatting and spacing. Hopefully it's fully corrected now.

On the previous account:
1. Some supposedly middle age woman (with some nice looking big breasts) wanted my cell phone number. Gave her a disposable number, "she" was supposedly drunk and conveniently ignoring my requests for a proper picture verification, of course before that this person was sending the usual lewd photos. Person links a profile for another dating site with photos that match, but age is very different (a couple of years in age gap). Then links another profile on this alt. dating site a completely different person, I guess in an attempt to tempt me to sign up. Needless to say this person is no longer on this site after that.

2. String of "out of state" accounts happening to be in my area, with some offering a Nuru massage. I consistently ask them for a photo "verification". Complete silence from all of them with the really interesting exception of one going "LOL".

3. Some drunk floozy that seems to indeed be legitimate who does some livecam stuff. I wanted to meet in real life, tells me to look her up on another livecam site. Eventually I realize she just wanted another financially supportive audience member. Got my hopes up for nothing, also very disrespectful with my time.

4. A M/F couple approaching me through message. Probably should've been more aware at the time when they try to immediately get my email by justifying that they don't check FriendFinder-x often. Of course another mistake was not asking a photo verification to begin with. While this account did have a profile pic showing the faces of the couple, it was probably stolen somewhere. Also while it might have been an account in a nearby state they stated to have "family"/associates in my state when they were proposing. This account has also been active for years, so it makes me think I got something real. Communications were dragged out and took a while to get a reply (might've been a psychological thing or to see how serious I was).

One of the "couple" (eventually find out later I was emailing the "woman") try to get me into a swingers club. This is supposedly some secret club (with all sorts of amenities and services) with a lifetime membership and one time payment of .... $30. This lady eventually proceeds to railroad me very late in the night into some kind of interview and screening process. While I answered her questions, she doesn't seem to acknowledge or bother with my questions and details I want (told her before I was detail oriented). Afterwards I get contacted by a "manager" of the club linking me a paypal payment link for a membership fee of around $40-$50 instead.

At this point a lot of details weren't adding up (and this particular event is long type about than expected). What's really amusing is the "flyers" I was linked in email about club rules and policies, very amateurish in design for something that seems to be very strict and high class. This is also supposedly a club with private doctors to screen for STDs and covid, so sounds high class. Anyway I finally ask the "lady" to get a proper selfie with the guy, told them it would convince me to make the membership payment. No response, and I never bothered with them afterwards. Had my hopes again and a lot of my time wasted.

On current account:
1. Get bombarded again with messages before I even have a proper profile pic and details . My description was a bit vague that might've implied I wanted any picture. So I conveniently get messages with photos attached. As you'd imagine these were rather explicit photos that one might see from a porn site. I ask them the usual photo verification, and they seem to go silent. Funny how "people" exposing themselves have trouble when a paper with their username and current date is involved (and face being shown is optional).

2. Another one of these early bombardment messages, this one was asking for instagram or cell phone number. I decided to go "why not", and give her my (disposable) number. "She" was one of those "out of state" accounts happening to be in my area just offering nuru massage. I asked for a verification photo, then the person proceeds to freak out about how she once complied and it ended being used for another dating site. Told her that don't even need to fully show her face, and if use FriendFinder-x username it would benefit her and be easy to track. Though at this point they seemed to have already left. An interesting ploy to disengage while maintaining cover, and I say this only because of how jaded and skeptical I've become at this point.

Well that's it so far. A bit of a long read, but hopefully get some amusement out of it. I have a simple photo request for a reason. Though it wouldn't surprise me if this site is nothing but fakes and scammers. If that's the case then the sooner I'm done with this site, the better.
