 Yes.....communicate with your partner, what both your needs are and then speak to the doc about what.....you.....deem as premature ejac. They may not feel the same. Good Luck ~

 Do you ever try a second round? Personally, I don't care if my partner comes quickly with the first round of penetration ...as long as I know there will be a second round. With continued play during 'intermission' naturally.

toss one off 5, 10 or 15 minutes before hand.

 Thanks for the advice and suggestions, obviously I understand communication to see what my partner wants/likes is key and i love eating pussy to help get them to climax, but lasting what is effectively less than 30 seconds seems broken. Maybe I do need a doctor's appointment.
