 Hi I can help. From your phone open up an email App you use (gmail for example). Once there you can create a new message and attach the photo on your phone.. when you click attach it will open up a file system like a computer would on your C drive for your PC for the most part. Then locate the Photo and click 'attach'.

Then send the picture to yourself or your any email you have access too. It should arrive in a second. Now go on your PC and sign into the email account you used and you will see your photo attached on the new message you sent. Then open the file and "save as" the attachment photo to your desktop for easy access. Then go to this site and upload it with the file we saved from the email.

Easy as that.

 or use your web browser from your phone and do the same thing without emailing. Just sign in on your phone and go to your photos section to upload. Not sure what phone/smart phone you might have..
