Fitness Update Jan 1 2022
I think I'll provide an update every few months on my<b> physical </font></b>fitness. I started regular exercise a little over 6 months ago. I started with daily cardio then added a twice-weekly muscle routine shortly after. I added an album with a few photos taken this morning. My hope is that I'll show increased muscle definition with each update.
