Working on building sales packages for a company I work for. Sales isn't usually what I do but I can't help it with the cool things I have planned to sell. LCD in-wall amplifier that can<b> control </font></b>up to 16 speakers and multiple zones. Trying to become a retailer for the company that makes them. Looking at setting up openHAB or home-assistant systems to make everything better. I know I am kind of a geek but its cool that's how I make money. Going to add multiple LCD<b> control </font></b>panels to manage the different systems of the house from locations in obvious places that fit with the normal flow of foot traffic. At least 1 LCD in each bedroom, 1 in the hallway, 1 Alexa Echo Show for the kitchen, 1 LCD on the wall next to the kitchen. 1 for the garage on the way into the house. Not sure yet if I am going to use power over ethernet to power each one yet. Though http://FriendFinder-x.com is the one I found for the speaker setup. Might do color changing LED Bulbs in the bedrooms to change the mood from white to red light district or something else... probably be Z-wave or something.... All tied into Alexa

Make the garage door open via an internet website. Door locks open via a mobile phone app no need for keys in your pocket.

Excited to work on this stuff even if some of it costs a decent amount. Its well worth it when it comes to having a cool house I like to live in...
