Alpha, a word used often. What is an Alpha? Most would say an Alpha is a being who controls by being the strongest or the most aggressive . However, this is not the case. A true Alpha can lead calmly yet assertively, can keep his or her cool in any situation. Be a person that others can go to for guidance in times of duress. But also be a protector, a provider, the one person that no matter what can be counted on. A true leader is not defined by how loud someone can yell or how strong a person is physically. A true leader is defined by how strong he or she is mentally and how well they are able to handle any situation. The truth of the matter is that a lion never has to tell another animal they are a lion because the whole kingdom already knows. So let the hyenas run around And clean up the scraps. And to all the leaders, to all the true Alphas I say be who you are no matter what for they will respect you anyway!

As I sit here in my nightly bath trying to relax from the day I find myself wondering what is it that attracts us to the people that we are? They say beauty is in the eye of beholder but that is not always true. Sometimes, you may find yourself attracted to someone that you never in a million years thought hey that person is handsome or beautiful. There’s got to be more to it?! Yes, of course the first thing you see is someone’s looks but then you look deeper and you realized there is so much more to this person than their appearance. On the opposite side of this spectrum you can meet someone so perfect that it takes your breath away, that is until you realize that is all they are. There is nothing more behind that handsome face or beautiful smile that indeed they are empty. I find myself on this never ending journey searching for something yet I know not what it is. Will I ever? Will any of us ever? What is it that we are all desperately trying to find? And once we have it do we even really want it? I have walked away from some people I probably never should have and kept ones I should have run from as I am sure some of you havedone the same. But now I am starting to question why? Why is it that We do this? I don’t pretend to have any of the answers to my questions, nor do I feel like I will ever. All I know is I’m on this crazy journey called life running on the never ending jampster wheel that I seem to never be able to get off.

What is attractive? Is it the way a person carries themselves, their looks, their personality, their confidence ? Or maybe it is a combination! Sexy comes in all shapes, sizes, colors and age. Some people possess a certain sparkle about them that most can not put their finger on. It is that, I HAVE to be around this person. Without any explanation and sometime we do not even know why. It’s an energy, something that draws you in and no matter this person just sparks something inside you. A passion or lust that may be something you have never known.
This is primal, something I believe in very much. You catch a gaze and can’t look away, you get this animalistic feeling come over you. Pheromones kick in, those little devils that we cannot physically smell but our brains can. We turn into our most primal selves! Because the truth of the matter is we as humans still posses very basic and carnal parts of our DNA. Some are just more in tune than others. Men are hunters and protectors by nature and love the chase, they want most what they can not have and will sometimes go the distance to get it. Women have forgotten who they are! They want to play both roles. You can not be the man and the woman. If you want a man to act like one then you Jane to let him BE ONE’ o sure there will be people who do not like that statement but the truth is I do not care. You can be a strong dominant female and still be a woman.. let our men be our men
