Wednesday - Happy Hump Day Good morning fellow Bloggers, hope your week is going well so far. I decided that this weekend I will finally go to the grocery store to officially start South Beach. I looked at my self in the mirror Monday morning and after counting three chins and noticing that my jeans are getting tighter, it is time to finally stop putting it off. I go into this hoping that I can stick with it, hoping I wont fall off, and hoping to lose 40 pounds. Now, although I am not obese, I know that after 40, it has become more difficult to maintain a healthy weight. I will also try and become more active. Taking walks, a little cardio, and stop sitting on my ass all the time. I am still disappointed that I am smoking, and will be seeing a doctor in the near future about that problem as well. Not much else going on right now, but the weekend could be promising....may elaborate on that later, but for now, have a great Wednesday. Best of luck to you and the weight loss thing, let me know how it works out, got some loosing of my own to do. I finally went out and bought a really nice bike and am no longer spending nearly as much time on the computer as I use to, besides who else is up at 2:42 in the morning besides me As for the not smoking thing, there's always next time, they don't call nicotine the most addictive drug in the world for no reason, well maybe Meth has taken over that charming new category so maybe the second most addictive, just keep trying Scott.
