As it turns out, supposedly our live in guests will be moving soon. I will believe it when i see it, but it will be nice to have a quiet house again.
We moved our niece family in back in September to get her and her family out of a toxic situation. She is a recovery drug addict, and during the first years of being clean, anything can trigger a relapse. So when we hear about the situation she was in, we told her to pick up and move her immediately.
Since then she landed a job, and is on the right track. Now she and her family is planning to move out on their own (for the first time in her life, own her own). Im proud of her, but Im eager to see her go. When you have 10 people (2.5 families) living in one house, over time tension gets a little rough at times.
You notices the .5 family huh. That would be our oldest and her boyfriend. They too are looking for their own place, and this will be their second attempt. Ofcourse, this is the very early stages of them planning, so when they will move out is not certain, but it is coming.
so hopefully but mid summer, our house will drop from 10 to 3.
oh the privacy.....how i have missed you.

Another Slow Week at the Shop

Last week was an awesome week here in the shop.
This past week, sucked and not in a good way.
But with slow weeks, I have to time to work on other projects. As such, I finalize our Backup Cloud Server and it is up and running. Yea! After months of fighting with it, and working with our vendor, it finally working the way it is suppose to. Now to get our exist backup people moved over to the new system.
And with that, I will have to build another Backup Cloud Server to handle the new people who need the service. hehehe And some of you need it, ofcourse you will not find out until your computer crash and you have to hire people like me to recover your files.
Among other things, I have a new expensive computer in the window, if anyone is interested. four core, eight gigs of ram, 1 tb hard drive, and 4 different operating systems (in which you are run two at the same time). Works great for the novice people, as well as the geeky people (who Im sure are drooling....dual boot - ha ha ha)
We got invite to a DP party next month, but not sure we can go. According to the calendar, June will be off her period by two days...but we all know how that is. But a DP party!!! That sounds fun.
Not sure we will have our May party, with us opening a shop now. But I know there is plans for a MidSummer party near Toledo. That is going to be a blast as it will be an outdoor party.....grilling, drinking, mingle...and ofcourse playing.
well, time to get off here. Have to sell the expensive computer. Remember, if you need us, you know how to get a hold of us.

Sitting here bored

Surprisingly it is a slow and boring friday in the shop. June and I are sitting here bored with not alot to do, although our FriendFinder-x mail has been blowing up today. 7 messages from guys wanting to play.
Sadly we can't play cause June is not feeling 100%, and we cant leave the shop unattended. Scheduling any play time is a chore to say the least.
But I did get some ads posted on CL and that bay of E. Now we are just waiting for peoples to bring us stuff to fix
Then we have this snow storm coming, which normally we do not care much about, but out oldest got a job and start Saturday night.
The only excitement we have planned for today is Slow_N_Easy is to stop by the office to have a laptop fixed.
Oh how we wish warmer weather was here

ReallyReady46, Slow_N_Easy007, and June and I would like to really thank everyone who made it to the party. It was great to see old friends, and make some new one.
June and I was glad to we could make it....late, but we made it. June really needed the change of mood. This past week was just way too sad and depressing with her brother's funeral and all. She was glad she could be happy again, and make other people happy.
During the party, talk about the next parties came up. We usually host a party in May for June's b-day. And It was decided that a mid-summer party will be added to the list. The mid summer party will be at the same location as this last party was somewhere around the the third weekend of July.

Please be advised that Computer Garage will be closed from 1pm on Friday, February 21 til 10am Sunday, February 23, 2014 to attend a family funeral.

absent from the feb 22 party

We regret to inform everyone who is attending the Feb 22 party, that June and I will not be in attendance. The party is still on, unless you see another post from us stating otherwise.
We received a phone call at 5.15am that June's brother passed away. He was in the hospital recovery, and was recovering, then suddenly was gone.
We are not sure when the funeral will be, and it comes at a time when the budget is so tight that something will unfortunately have to give.
Anyone one wants to help us out, give us computers to fix. This way I can keep June busy and the keep everything running at the same time.

rough week, so here it is.
the welds on the Jimmy are cracking, so the driver side door does not shut right. Who knows how to fix that!!!!
and then sometimes in the middle of the night, the furnace quit working.
So it is current 58 in the house (and holding).

As you know we fix computers for a living. And so, we have had many people over the years tell us that they would rather trust their computer to a fellow swinger cause they know they will not violate their privacy by what is on their computers.
That is how we are. we take great care to preserve your personal stuff on your computer. That also means we are not view your photos, nor are they going to end up on some porn site.
We had a once tell us they took their computer to that squad of geeks, and the first them they say the tech did was download their personal photos to a flash drive. They thought maybe they were doing a back up before fixing their computer, but when they got their computer back, there was nothing on it. They were pissed to say the least.
Now we do make a back up of your personal files when we feel it is necessary, but we put your files back once the repairs are complete.
So when it comes to to fix yours, come visit us. Hell, June might even let you grope her if you not near the windows.
Come to clyde, Find Marco's on the hwy, and we are next door.

Changes in our life - open a store

Anyone who knows us personally knows that we are self-employed. And have been for years. We fix computers, and for the past 7.5 year we have been very mobile. We drive from one location to another, as far east as Cleveland, as far west as Toledo, and down into the Marion/Bucyrus area.
But most of our work is in the 5 county area near us.
Time for a change. As of yesterday we signed a rental agreement which will allow us to open our first storefront. Nothing big, nothing fancy. But the exposure is there. We will be right in rt 20 in Clyde.
What does this mean? Hopefully more income. LOL. But with open a store, means we will have to man it, and what little play time we had before, gets cut even more. The good with the bad.
So anyone who wanted a valid excuse to meet us in person, we will have the opportunity next month.

Looks like Saturday, February 22nd, 7pm, near Toledo is when the party will be.
ReallyReady said we will provide the main dish if we all bring sides. Not sure what the main dish is, but I will tell you that June is dessert. hehehehehe
