Spring 2022 Fitness Challenge

Hi everyone,

Hope you had a great Thanksgiving! The holidays are upon us which brings the inevitable weight gain with it! For those that want to counter it and get in shape for Spring 2022, I propose a place where we can post photos of our fitness progress to encourage others in the group to keep going! With the short days and cold temperatures, exercising is hard, but we have to do it to prepare for warmer days (with tshirts and shorts) ahead!

If you are interested in joining, please drop me a note. I will post my first post-thanksgiving shots shortly. I plan on going full nude so everyone can see the areas I plan to work in over the winter!
