NEW BILL GIVES OBAMA CONTROL OF INTERNET

A New bill being proposed by Sen. Jay Rockefeller ( D ) would do just that !!.This is newer version of bill that was previously co sponsored by RINO Olympia Snowe (R-Maine) . You may remember the mis guided Snowe as one of 3 senators to vote FOR Obama's wastefull and foolish TARP bill.
The 55 page draft for the proposed bill includes provisions to permit the president to seize temporary control of private-sector networks during a so-called cybersecurity emergency.
The president would be able to declare a " cybersecurity emergency" relating to "non-governmental" computer networks and do what's necessary to respond to the threat. Other sections of the proposal include a federal certification program for "cybersecurity professionals," and a requirement that certain computer systems and networks in the private sector be managed by people who have been awarded that license.
Probably the most controversial language begins in Section 201, which permits the president to "direct the national response to the cyber threat" if necessary for "the national defense and security." The White House is supposed to engage in "periodic mapping" of private networks deemed to be critical, and those companies "shall share" requested information with the federal government. ("Cyber" is defined as anything having to do with the Internet, telecommunications, computers, or computer networks.)
There's no provision for any administrative process or review. Abuse of power here is certain!!!
If your company is deemed "critical," a new set of regulations kick in involving who you can hire, what information you must disclose, and when the government would exercise control over your computers or network.
Folks this is the first step in positioning Government appointees to monitor and censor our freedom of speech on the internet .
One has to wonder how the White House which has failing scores on the cybersecurity of Government websites ..could expect anyone to believe they could secure the private sector
Seriously the White House can not even control it's own SPAM or figure out how the SPAM it directs outbound is happening( Oh they know they are just not going to reveal it )
Well this agency should fit right in with Amtrak , the Post office ,Social Security, Medicare , and Medicaid ,Fannie MAE ,Freddie MAC and every other government run Entity that loses money and trails their peers in the public sector.
Exactly what we need more regulation and oversight at cost of BILLIONS of dollars and erodes our FREEDOM

Some in the media have decided to take on Glenn Beck.( I do not watch his program ) Beck has been reporting on VAN JONES ....a self admitted communist and black nationalist leader.Jones is Obama's "green jobs czar" .Van Jones is co-founder of Color of Change , ( no obvious racists inferences here ) the activist organization that has been leading a furious campaign against Beck. Jones' group claims it has secured commitments from 36 companies who have pledged not to advertise on Beck's show, including Wal-Mart and Sprint. But most of the companies did not advertise on Beck's program to begin with. They simply purchased general advertising time on Fox News. The cable network says the companies will continue their advertising on the network .
Representatives of Procter & Gamble and AT&T ‒ listed by Color of Change as companies that had signed onto the boycott ‒ told the Los Angeles Times last week their companies did not run spots on Beck's program to begin with.
"The advertisers referenced have all moved their spots from Beck to other programs on the network so there has been no revenue lost," a Fox News spokeswoman said.
The funny thing is if ANY of these companies chose to advertise on rival shows that air against the FOX lineup no one would see them .
Why is a self admitted Communist an Obama appointee? Obama is trampling on the constitution as his CZAR's have no over sight or review by the Senate , or any one in government .Of Course Van Jones radical roots lead back to WILLIAM AYERS ( funny how every one near Obama is linked to this terrorists who proclaimed his only regret is he didnt explode more bombs!! )

Ted Kennedy has passed away .This should conclude the decades of corruption the Kennedy family has wielded in our government.Caroline was disqualified earlier ,and most of the nephews are accused or convicted murderers or .
Joseph Kennedy made his fortune as a bootlegger during Prohibition. It is reasonable to believe that JOE blackmailed the same officials he bribed during prohibition to gain power and political clout , which he passed along to his sons . Ted should have rotted in jail for the vehicular homicide of Mary Jo Kopechne at Chappaquiddick .The word Chappaquiddick became synonymous with deception and abuse of power.How could a 38 year old man drive his vehicle off a bridge ,resulting in a passenger drowning , then turn himself in 10 hours later and never be charged ?
Members of John F. Kennedy administration arrived in Hyannisport to write the apology . Local official were no doubt aware that crossing the PRESIDENT of the USA would be political suicide ( if not real suicide ..just ask Marilyn )Throw in a few paper bags stuffed full of cash and delivered by the union thugs and you get a free pass.
When I was young boy I often heard grown men remark that the assassination of the Kennedy men were the best things that ever happened to our country .

Ted Kennedy made a career out manipulating facts and planting the roots of socialism. Every one in Massachusetts can get on their knees and thank Ted for the liberal politics and socialized medicine that has their state on the verge of bankruptcy.
Ted was instrumental in getting the law changed when Mitt Romney was governor of Massachusetts, to prevent Romney from appointing a CONSERVATIVE replacement for the US Senate .Last week Ted sent his goons out to have the law changed again, so the Governor could APPOINT a replacement rather than hold an election to find a replacement for Kennedy's seat .This is the HEIGHT of hypocracy! Should we really expect anything less than this from Ted ?
Ted should have stepped down from his Senate seat long ago. He is never in DC and to sick to vote , this is not serving his constiuents , but rather penalizing them .Power often breeds greed and corruption ,and since Ted was genetically pre disposed to all 3 he succombed very early and easily .
The passing of a human life is sad and I do not rejoice that Ted is dead , although I am glad his corrupt reign of power has come to an end .47 years is way to long for a corrupt,greedy man of NO character to be influencing our country .
Will we find out in the END that Ted " HEROICALLY " committed assisted suicide as an example for all Americans to see and sway the health care debate ? How many will speculate that Obama was in on this and took his vacation in Martha's Vineyard to sensationalize Kennedy's death ?
Liberals love to re write history to advance their agenda .....expect no less with the legacy of Ted Kennedy .
Perhaps Obama is right , maybe their is hope......Michael Jackson and Ted Kennedy have both been removed from the Earth and no doubt many more innocent people are safer today as a result of that .
Americans should recognize Ted Kennedy's death , but lets keep it in perspective .....he was a vile man born from the loins of a criminal Racketeerer , he and his relatives abused their power and hurt many people while on this earth.

Now for the part your not going to be told.FOB JAMES was governor of Alabama once and when he ran for re election he stated his first act in his new term would to be an investigation of corruption at AUBURN University by Bobby Lowder.Jimmy Rane has about 450 THOUSAND shares of COLONIAL BANK shares and is a huge booster and advertiser for the Auburn football program . I estimate Rane's loss to be over 5 MILLION .Ranes along with Lowder are deeply invovled in the Auburn football program and control the whole university.Lowder gathered influential Auburn boosters and local businessmen when Colonial bank stock hit 6 dollars.Bobby convinced them to pour MILLIONS of their own money into his bank by purchasing shares .The shares surged to 8 dollars then quickly fell to below 3 dollars and from there traded in a range of 40 cents to $1.50.Lowder has ripped a lot of people off ,and the FBI is every where looking for rats.Lowder will be taken down by his friends and enemies inside of Auburn University , they will serve him up to the feds .Lowder was heavily involved in the ERIC RAMSEY scandal and hid behind his frat brothers to make deals and communicate with coaches at Auburn so he could not be connected to the payments made to players . Now things are different and these same friends and business associates will be receiving visits from those nice guys in the blue suits and dark sunglasses.

The NFL has been as kind to extend an olive branch to Convicted Felon Michael Vick.Don't be fooled this is mere posturing on behalf of the NFL.
Look ahead and think what game day is going to be like .
PETA will be there, other groups will join them and people who would never protest will join this cause .Sponsers and advertisers will flee like a Democrat Senator flees a town hall meeting on Heath Care Reform . How will CBS,ESPN,FOX,NBC and any other network deal with it ? Will they refuse to televise the games because the Fortune 500 Corporations will not advertise? Will your local affiliate refuse to televise any Eagles games . Will the Networks have to hire legions of workers to respond to the complaints and hate mail? How would Network executives feel about crossing the PICKET LINES outside the Studio every Monday Morning ? Will Lincoln Financial remove it's name from the Stadium? Which Corporation would be stupid enough to put their name on the stadium once Lincoln Financial bails out ?
What about the Lawsuits ? Will the Eagles sue for lack of TV revenue? How about other teams that are already scheduled to play the Eagles on TV and find out they are going to miss out on the revenue cause the game is removed from the airwaves ? How about the fans how many could boycott AND file lawsuits ?How will this play out for DIRECT TV and its NFL package ? How will the ROAD games be handled? Will Jerry Jones be happy he is paying an extra MILLION dollars for added security when the Eagles come to town? Lawyers are already putting deposits down for mega yachts.Imagine all the pain and suffering lawsuits from the NEGLIGENCE on the NFL and Owners that didnt " anticipate and provide adequate measures to ensure the patron's safety" ?
Anyone remember how Joe Theisman ended his career? Vick will attract a penalty on every play that he is tackled .Will VICK be eligible to be inducted into the Hall of Fame if he plays long enough and has the on field performance to warrant it ?
Police will have to work overtime inside and outside the stadium for all the fist fights that erupt.It is simply a Public relations nightmare . Who will pay for it all ? With the Economy in shambles the local PD doesnt have resources for overtime for this kind of silliness .Will municipalities try to charge the NFL owner for the overtime ? Will local civic leaders in turn sue the city for wasting city funds that could have fed the unemployed or provided help for energy bills for that live in a home with no heat because neither parent has a job ? ?
Best of all we will see AL SHARPTON , and JESSE Jackson and a host of others who make their lively hood from igniting and fanning the flames of racism .How long before good ole AL reveals info that WHITE rednecks invented the whole fighting sport and VICK is merely a victim here ?
IN the end it will be a HUGE CIRCUS .The NFL knows this and is allowing this to happen so it can be shut down quickly ( Before the first regular season game is played )and not have an inverse impact on the game . The NFL is simply allowing VICK to be signed and then public opinion remove him from the game .The NFL saves 100's of MILLIONS from potential legal fees , lost ticket sales and lost ad revenue .
The NFL will release a statement that reads something like this " The NFL generously gave Michael Vick a second chance . The public out rage and safety of the fan outweighs any benefit MR VICK brings to the game .To preserve the integrity of the game and safety of the fans we are going to suspend MR VICK indefinitely and he may re apply in 3 years before a board of regents to assess THE viability of his return to the game ". My bet is VICK never takes a snap in areal game this season, or any other season .
The NFL has to barr VICK from the game , otherwise its just a bunch of dope smoking thugs playing basketball or drug abusers playing baseball.The NFL is all about HUGE $$$ and they will preserve that status in the end ,forsaking all others .As always just follow the money trail it all ways takes you down the path to discover the truth and the people behind the issue .

The tiny 1 Billion dollar government entitlement program that was launched n on July 24 ,2009 was shut down on July 30, 2009.
What are the possible reasons this programs was shut down in less than 1 week ?
The program was designed to take the evil , older gas guzzlers off the road and send them to be crushed and sold for scrap metal .The program was flawed form the very beginning .Imagine an American that is struggling to make ends meet in this recession and driving a 1990 gas guzzler. Does this person choose to drive a 20 year old car or is he driving it because he simply does not have the resources to buy a new car? Does this person have a credit score over 700 and salary that allows for $400.00 plus monthly car payments ?
Did the brilliant socialists in the White house really devise a 120 day program that had to be shut down in less than one week? Obama has admitted his vast pool of genius talent miscalculated the severity of the recession .Today the Commerce Department released a report showing that during the current recession we saw the economy shrink more than twice as much as previously estimated, reflecting even bigger declines in consumer spending and housing .Now the CARS program is shut down in just 7 days ? Perhaps we should question the projections for Obama's massive Health care ENTITLEMENT?
The idiots in the White House are lying to us and ignoring the estimates of the CBO .They are only interested in wrecking the economy and making this a socialized country like in Europe and creating a Global Currency
Perhaps this program had to be shut down so quickly because its great ammo for critics of OBAMAS flawed policies? Many people thought we could have declared a federal income tax holiday for 1 year and put that money back in consumer's hands . Others said we should take the 787 billion TARP divide it between LEGAL adults in this country over 18 and give every one $250,000 dollars .Many of our conservative lawmakers proposed TAX CUT for individuals and corporations .
The CARS programs just proves that when you put more money in a consumer's pockets, that is what stimulates spending .
It also proves that EVERY Republican member of the House of Representatives voted AGAINST the TARP bailout were correct in saying it was not going to work .
In the coming weeks we will find out the CARS program was riddled with FRAUD and the largest group that received the rebates were actually the small business owner and not individuals .
Imagine this fraud scenario , a seasoned welfare scammer takes an aging Buick Lesabre to the auto dealer .The car is traded in on a small FOREIGN import .The new car is traded back into a car dealer for a nice muscle car or SUV . The car dealer buys the fuel efficient car back at a loss of $1,000. dollars for the consumer .Now the dealer can re sell the car as new as it has never been “ titled “ .The consumer gets a nice fat down payment from the government .The other option if for the scammer to take the $3500.00 leave the lot and go pay $800.00 for another clunker and make a quick paycheck .
Now lets look at a small business that has small fleet of vehicles for delivery or sales people . How many of these fleet cars were traded in on new vehicles ? For a construction company or a company that has delivery vehicles its like dollars falling from heaven .
The down on his luck American is left completely out of the program that SHOULD have benefited him .
This is a classic example of Trickle down economics or as the democrats called it back in the day “ VODOO ECONOMICS” .Trickle Down economics really works and the Liberals despise it because they lose control and it takes needy dependent t recipients of government hand outs vanish from their “indentured automatic voter pool”
The Republican ideas to ignite the economy are sure fire and work great , yet our radically left controlled Congress refuses to even have a discussion on the subject .
Questions we need to have answered
1)How many individuals purchased the vehicles vs corporations ?
2)How many cars were sold in the first 6 months after they were purchased?
3)How many cars were traded in in less than 30 days ?
4)Why cant everyone just get a $4500.00 check and go buy an AMERICAN car or anything they want to purchase to stimulate the economy ?
The Democrats have to reel this program in quickly before they can be scrutinized for wasting the other 786 Billion of our tax dollars they gave away .We are stuck in this stale economy until some of the tax and spend Democrats and Republicans are ejected in the 2010 elections .Then it will take another 18 months for the economy to start firing on all cylinders again. IF TAX AND CAP or HEALTH REDISTRIBUTION become law our country will go bankrupt .Each Individual has to call their lawmakers and let them know their votes are being watched and we will help ANY candidate from EITHER party beat them in the next election if they pass any more wasteful spending or bills that sacrifice our freedom .

I posed several questions I thought should be asked and answered about the arrest of Henry Louis Gates Jr in a blog on 7-27-09 entitled

Now for the update !!!
Harvard owns the house the arrest took place at .Perhaps that explains why Gates flashed his Harvard ID rather than a state issued ID? Yes he wanted the matter handled by the campus police and avoid any publicity.
Gates field an extension for his 2007 taxes , yet he has operated the tax supported 501c3 ‘charity,’ since 2005 !!!! That's right he went 2 whole years before he ever field a tax return , and then it was an extension .
Gates now says he will amend his return and reclassify the "grants " as payment for administrative work.The FRIENDS who Gates illegally funneled the money to will now have to claim the money as income and amend their individual tax returns
Gates has now admitted that the foundation's second-largest grant, for $6,000, went to his fiancée, Angela DeLeon.
I bet this guy never sets foot in the White House. Obama will proclaim by continuing to shed light on this incident he will only make it worse and claim his role as mediator is completed.
I still want to know who pays for his vacation rentals in MARTHA'S VINEYARD ?
When will the media embrace this story and link it to Gates communists roots?
Professor Gatespays $1,350.00 a month for the use of Harvard's 17 Ware Street address. The fair market value is $4,700.00 a month. The difference will be imputed income.
Professor Gates' rental arrangement with Harvard and the payments of rent
are public record since Harvard has chosen to have a tax-exempt status
regarding property taxes.
Robert W. Healy, the City Manager of Cambridge, Massachusetts is now being asked to review the tax exempt status of the 47 Ware Street property to ascertain if the tax exemption is appropriate considering Harvard does not pay property taxes nor does the current resident, Henry L. Gates, Jr. The city and county are deprived of tax revenue for the private use of 47
Ware Street.

Who is Henry Louis Gates Jr.?
Since 1991, Gates has been teaching African American studies at Harvard, where he serves as the director of the W. E. B. Du Bois Institute for African and African American Research.De Bois was an avowed communist and also a socialist sympathizer.Du Bois was for a brief time a member of the Socialist Party. In 1927 he infamously traveled to the USSR, where he called the Soviet system "the most hopeful vehicle for the world." Eight years later, he published the book "Black Reconstruction," which offered a Marxist interpretation of the Reconstruction Era.
Dubois joined the communist cause in 1950, when he ran for the New York State Senate on the American Labor Party ticket. He lost the election, but eight years later joined Trotskyists, ex-communists, and independent radicals in proposing the creation of a united left-wing coalition to run for seats in New York State elections.
Du Bois joined the Communist Party USA in 1961. He emigrated to Ghana, where he became a naturalized citizen, living in the country's socialist police state. Two years later, the Communist Party named its new youth group the W.E.B. DuBois Clubs.
Gates was also lured to Harvard socialist sympathizer Kwame Anthony Appiah, a Ghanaian philosopher, cultural theorist and novelist, as well as William Julius Wilson, who is close to the Democrat Socialists of America.
Gates authored two books with West, a long-time member and honorary chair of the Democrat Socialists of America. West served on the black advisory board of Obama's presidential campaign.
One of Gates' major sources of intellectual inspiration is Herbert Aptheker, a seminal scholar of African-American history who was a radical American leftist. Aptheker was for decades a leading theorist of the Communist Party U.S.A. before resigning in 1991.
Gates also has his very own personal tax supported 501c3 ‘charity,’ which he operates out of his own house

The purpose of the foundation is to provide grants to other charitable organizations and to promote programs that educate the general public and encourage academic interest regarding African and African-American literature, art, history, and culture.
To that noble end they have raised $205,543 in 2007 alone.Only $27,500 of this money has actually been expended.
The money somehow seems to have found its way to Mr. Gates employees and friends ‒ pretty much exclusively.
All but four of the ‘grants’ that were doled out during 2007 were for the paltry sum of $500. (It’s hard to see how much scholarship that can buy.)
The larger grants, however, seem to have gone to Mr. Gates’ inner circle, with the largest ‒ at $10,000 ‒ having gone to his very own personal assistant, Joanne Kendall.
The next largest grant ($6,000) appears to have gone to an apparent Gates’ friend, Angela Deleon.
One of the two $1,000 grants was given to Dell Hamilton, who reportedly worked for Mr. Gates as an Events coordinator for the Dubois Institute at Harvard.
One of the $500 recipients, Nancy Brigham Cyr , also seems to have worked for Gates, as an administrator.
Several more friends and former employees of Gates on the list of grantees.
Naturally Gates had to file an extension for his tax return .
Perhaps it was the baffling array of receipts he claimed for $ 100.00 of office supplies.

1) Who is paying for all the leisure time and activities at Martha's Vineyards?
2) Where are the publications and results from the so called " research grants"
3) Why are the two largest grants to females friends and what is your relationship to these two women ?
4) Why have you not organized protests at Harvard over the incident ?
5) Why are you not pursuing litigation towards the Cambridge PD or the officers involved ?
6) Why have you not appeared on radio and TV to tell your side of the story ?
7) Did you ever consider apologizing to Officer Crowley's mother ?
 What is the medical reason for you to have a cane ? or is it just a prop?
9) Who was the driver of teh vehicle you arrived at your residence on the day of you arrest ?
10) Who pays the driver's salary
11) Why has the driver not come forward and made a statement of the events of that day ?
12) Are the 26% of BLACK AMERICANS that say OBAMA handled this wrong really just racists like the cop who arrested you ?

Obama has consulted David Letterman on how to handle his "STUPID " and racist remarks directed toward Sgt. James Crowley of the Cambridge Police Department .Obama has decided to follow the same path that DAVE used with Sarah Palin. Obama tried to deflect blame from himself and direct it toward both officer Crowley and Henry Louis Gates Jr.

Obama was brilliant last night on TV. He managed to blame George Bush at least 7 times and never mention him by name .He also took a shot at Bill Kristol.I hate to tell Obama but Kristol is usually dead on and if he says this is a bad idea and doomed for failure it probably is .
Bill O'Reilly proclaimed he had a MBA from Harvard and he still didnt understand what Obama explained.
One thing was clear when a reporter stood up out of turn and asked Obama if the President and members of congress would use this health plan he got a very evasive answer that anyone could see meant NO WAY .It is very clear this MASSIVE TAX INCREASE is good enough for you , but not good enough for them !
There are many unanswered questions that still remain a mystery to every one .
I have a very good method of finding the real answer , I call it " follow the money trail"
Let's ask a question that looks inward to each individuals particular set of circumstances .
The Bill has a PENALTY built in it for employers that do not provide health care for EVERY employee
If you make 40K a year your employer would have the option of paying a 8% ( 3200 dollar )penalty and telling you to go find your own insurance plan.Will the Business be able to deduct this penalty from their tax return ? What does this mean ? If it costs more than $300 a month for your insurance plan,( and it does make the calls today to match your coverage ) Your boss would be smarter to cancel your insurance !!What about family coverage ? Currently in Alabama it costs about $1000.00 a month for your employer to provide family coverage ( Alabama is a LOW COST insurance state check your local rates )
What does this mean? Well if you make less than 150 THOUSAND dollars a year its much cheaper to eliminate your company provided insurance plan .
This Bill will PENALIZE the people who need the help the most.....the middle and lower class workers in America .
Examine an entry level pay position and you will discover that the honest American making $8.00 an hour has no chance of getting health insurance .At the 16K annual salary level, the employer penalty would only amount to $1280.00 !!.If insurance is really that cheap then every one would have it , perhaps you have to give up your unlimited mobile internet plan but it is attainable !!
Here is what really happens .Employers cancel all the majority of company sponsored health plans .All of a sudden you have no health insurance and you must go on the "GOVERNMENT PLAN" Naturally the OBAMA team will tell us they miscalculated the hoards of Americans that will move over to the Government plan and increase our taxes.The other option is to go purchase the insurance on your own and pay out of pocket .Either way the increased costs of running a business are passed on to the consumer .Many small companies will be forced to lay off workers or shut down.This will make a GLUT of available workers and drive down compensation .
No one has decided how a family would be insured.will the husband and wife working for two different companies have to EACH be insured by their respective employer?This doesnt sound like cost reduction .Will the government form an agency to Monitor this scenario? with Fraud rampant in Social Security , Welfare , Medicare , and Medicaid we could expect it to be the same for the MINISTRY of HEALTH .
Obama's plan cuts costs several ways . Doctors and Nurses make less money and health care is rationed . Plain and simple . The elderly will be refused treatment so it can be allocated to a different demographic.Think about your parents , would you sleep well at night knowing one of them is not getting the best health care available because some ILLEGAL IMMIGRANT needed to be insured ?
The American people will be FORCED to pay more money for less coverage .
Look to Britain or Canada all the " mis information" Obama talked about is clearly visible in those countries .Yes they do have a rationing board.Yes the cancer survival rate is much lower in either of these countries than it is here in America .
Obama chose his word carefully last night .He said " we will not increase the deficit to reform health care .Of course he won't he will increase taxes to pay for it .
Obama took the last question of the night from a CHICAGO SUNTIMES Reporter about the arrest of Henry Louis Gates.Obama stated He is a friend of mine and so I may be a bit biased in this manner .Really ? you think so? Obama went on to say he DID NOT KNOW all the facts in the case !Obama then called the actions of the Cambridge Police Department were STUPID. Obama said it was wrong to arrest a man that had proved he was the resident of his dwelling .What is the policy of the Cambridge Police Department when one of its police officers are verbally abused ? He was arrested of DISORDERLY CONDUCT .No wonder Obama thanks allergy treatment is a better health care option than Tonsilectomy
Obama managed to hand pick the reporters and questions once again for his press conference .He refused to call on a FOX NEWS reporter .Funny thing is that FOX has a higher viewership than all the other Cable news outlets COMBINED .Just more transparency and truth for the American People
Do yourself a favor and make a trip to BEST BUY,WALMART and the local convenience store .Meet your new " Health care practitioners" and get to know them ahead of time .Good Doctors and nurses will quit their jobs in droves and OBAMA will fill the empty jobs with the rank and file indoctrinated into the OBAMA CORPS .
Wouldnt it be easier to issue EVERY AMERICAN CITIZEN a voucher for health insurance ? Then mandate that insurance companies report any cancellation of coverage just like they do on AUTO INSURANCE ? This could all be tied to your social security number . Simple and cost effective, and we create one entity to disburse the vouchers and one entity to monitor cancellations !!

The Department of Defense has compelled a private employer
to fire a U.S. Army Reserve major from his civilian job after he had his military deployment orders revoked for arguing he should not be required to serve under a president who has not proven his eligibility for office.
According to the CEO of Simtech Inc., a private company
contracted by the Defense Security Services, an agency of the Department of Defense, the federal government has compelled the termination of Maj. Stefan Frederick Cook.

Orly Taitz has field a lawsuit on behalf of Army Maj. Stefan Frederick Cook.
The lawsuit asks for Obama to prove he is natural born citizen , and therefore the Commander in Chief.If Obama is not a natural born citizen then his orders to the military are illegal orders.
Cook made this statement after the suit was field "As an officer in the armed forces of the United States, it is [my] duty to gain clarification on any order we may believe illegal. With that said, if President Obama is found not to be a 'natural-born citizen,' he is not eligible to be commander-in-chief," "[Then] any order coming out of the presidency or his chain of command is illegal. Should I deploy, I would essentially be following an illegal [order]. If I happened to be captured by the enemy in a foreign land, I would not be privy to the Geneva Convention protections,"
Cook said without a legitimate president as commander-in-chief, members of the U.S. military in overseas actions could be determined to be "war criminals and subject to prosecution."
A hearing was scheduled for Thursday July 16, 2009 in Federal court for the Middle District of Georgia from U.S. District Judge Clay D. Land.
Cook said he was scheduled to report for duty on July 15, to deploy to Afghanistan.
Mysteriously his orders have been rescinded !!!!!
Taitz said she will attend the hearing to amend the temporary restraining order to an injunction because more members of the military have joined the cause.
"We are going to be asking for release of Obama's records because now this completely undermines the military. It revoked this order, but it can come up with another order tomorrow. It can come up with orders for other people," she said. "Am I going to be flying around the country 1,000 times and paying the fees every time they issue an order?"
Taitz said the issue "must be resolved immediately," and she will continue working to ensure Obama proves he is eligible for office.
"We're going to be asking the judge to issue an order for Obama to provide his vital records to show he is legitimately president," she said. "We're going to say, we have orders every day, and we'll have revocations every day. This issue has to be decided."
She said there cannot be any harm to the president if he is legitimately holding office.
"If he is legitimate, then his vital records will prove it," Taitz said. "If he is illegitimate, then he should not have been there in the first place."
"Now, we can have each and every member of the military ‒ each and every enlistee and officer ‒ file something similar saying 'I will not take orders until Obama is legitimately vetted.'"

Sensenbrenner's letter to Henry Waxman who is chairman of the House Select Committee on Energy Independence and Global Warming, will be made public on July 10, 2009.
Sensenbrenner is demanding an investigation of Browner's actions with Detroit auto executives
Browner urged auto industry execs “to put nothing in writing, ever” regarding secret negotiations she orchestrated regarding a deal to increase federal Corporate Average Fuel Economy (CAFE) standards.
Browner “intended to leave little or no documentation of the deliberations that lead to stringent new CAFE standards.”
Federal law requires officials to preserve documents concerning significant policy decisions, so instructing participants in a policy negotiation concerning a major federal policy change could be viewed as a criminal act.
American citizen's shouldn't expect anything less form a corrupt President that appoints corrupt cronies and circumvents the senate approval process.
