I would like to thank the people that came to my humble abode and partied at the Silk & Skin. Also i like to thank the hostess with the mostess who put together the Silk & Skin, my sexy and hot roomie and not to forget all the sexy ladies who played with me in between me doing this and that at the party.
We will be having more parties in the future and hopefully have the pool up and running.
And a very special thanks for the sexy lady who help me initiate the backyard…twice.

A Tort of Adultery

An updated tort of adultery could look something like the document below the fold. This tort (drafted for Minnesota, don't ask me why) could be either expanded to include "commerical enterprises that intentionally and explicitly attempt to profit from acts of adultery," or we could choose to limit it to commerical enterprises. Such a tort would not prevent websites from facilitating hookups that include adulterous ones. It would prevent them from explicitly incorporating adultery into their advertising plan.

Minn. Stats. sec. 517.23. Intentional interference with marriage.
A person is liable for damages to a spouse for intentional interference with the spouse’s marriage [marital relationship] that causes injury to the spouse. An act of adultery between the defendant and the spouse of the plaintiff when the defendant knew or should have known that the plaintiff’s spouse was married shall constitute proof of intentional interference with the plaintiff’s marriage. [Damages awarded pursuant to this statute shall not exceed $500,000. This action shall be instituted within two years of the discovery of the adultery.]

A TOURIST who refused to take his clothes off at a swinger sex party has been blamed for "a mini-riot" at a north Queensland nudist colony.
Police were called amid threats of violence and lewd behaviour and ordered the Brisbane man and his wife from the adults-only "anything goes" sex party.
The White Cockatoo resort at Mossman, near Port Douglas, is promoting swingers and sex parties in a month of hedonism for March in a bid to boost sagging tourism figures.
Once billed as the nation's top group-sex hotspot for swingers, the resort made international headlines last year when The Courier-Mail first reported plans to lift a self-imposed swinger ban.
Owner Tony Fox said the "mini-riot" erupted when four naked female guests protested when confronted by the fully-clothed man.
"They felt uncomfortable with him eyeing them off and I asked him to show some respect and take his clothes off," said the nudist colony manager.
"He then threatened to bash me, there was some argy-bargy and I ordered him off the premises and police were called."

Our new Emperor, much to my pleasure and surprise, has adopted many policies of the old Emperor and expanded in new theaters.
The old Emperor had pacified Mesopotamia removing it’s Despot King and taming the many tribes of the Sunis and Shite with his allies the Kurds. The Empire's Surge was victorious.
The new Emperor has great plans to support the tribe of the Pashtuns in the Land of Afghans against the Taliban . The new Emperor has already sent forces into Land of the Pure, a place the old Emperor would never dare to adventured. The new Emperor has stated many times, even before he became Emperor, he would send the Empire’s forces to the Land of the Pure to pacify the area of the Pashtons where the Taliban hides. The new Emperor is removing forces from Mesopotamia to expand the Empire’s influence and power in to the Land of the Pure.
We are already there, in another country, because the Blessed Emperor deemed it so. But this time the Senate and the people rejoiced
And Empires do not need justifications.

Lock down tonight because it is the anniversary of when I was incarcerated in Springfield Penitentiary and Asylum for the Perverted eighteen years ago. The Warden is making sure I have no fun what so ever tonight. When do I get out? I'm afraid I have the Death Penalty. When they was reading the sentence they said something like “…death do you part.”

British man killed wife over 'single' Facebook status
A British man who murdered his wife after becoming enraged when she changed her relationship status on Facebook to "single" was jailed for at least 18 years late Thursday.
Edward Richardson, 41, stabbed wife Sarah, 26, to death in a "frenzied and brutal" attack at her parents' home in Biddulph, central England, last May after she altered her profile on the Internet social networking site.
The couple had been living apart since the previous month, said Fiona Cortese, a spokeswoman for the Crown Prosecution Service, which is responsible for prosecuting cases in England and Wales.
"Richardson became enraged when Sarah changed her marital status on Facebook to single and decided to go and see her as she was not responding to his (text) messages," Cortese said.
"He gained entry by breaking the front door window and made his way into the property.
"Once inside, he found Sarah in her bedroom and subjected her to a frenzied and brutal attack with a knife and then attempted to take his own life."
Sarah Richardson's parents Beryl and Alan Boote said they were left "devastated" by her murder after the verdict at Stafford Crown Court, central England.
"We hope that Richardson will be an old man before he's ever allowed out of prison," they said.
Detective Inspector Andy Wall, who worked on the case, added: "She had decided that her marriage to Edward Richardson was over but this was clearly something he could not accept."

But Hershey was forced to settle with her FFF mosquito bites because "the state of Texas has limits on the amount of silicone that can be injected into breast implants," noted ABC. Reading this, we found ourselves impressed by Texas, because we didn't think it was the kind of state to impose limits on such things, what with the Dallas Cowboys cheerleaders and the state priding itself on everything being bigger there and whatnot.
But, as Hershey discovered through diligent research, they have no such restraint in Brazil! And so now, after a ninth surgery, she's the proud owner of both a 38KKK bust (according to Britain's Daily Star) and the world record for largest breasts. We wonder if Guinness has a category for worst back pain

A graduate of Stanford Law School who became a professional using the stage name "Brazil" pleaded guilty in federal court on Monday to tax evasion.
In a plea agreement, Cristina Warthen, 35, admitted she operated an business in which she traded sex acts for money.

I was on a first date with a guy who inexplicably took me to a gay night at a club called the Coral Room. There was a giant fish tank behind the bar where guys in their underwear swam around for tips. We had only been there for a few minutes when he ran into a (recent) ex-girlfriend and since it was a first date and I couldn't really be myself yet, I acted like it was totally cool with me if they went off and danced while I watched our stuff.
I was sitting by myself when one of the mermen came over in a robe, still wet from the tank and started chatting me up. I assumed he was gay, until he started pressing himself up against me and groping me. I was totally shocked and told him I was on a date, but when I tried to point my date out on the dance floor I couldn't find him anymore. I had to tell him to get his damn, dirty merhands off me, and when I finally found my date, he was making out with the ex in a dark corner of the bar.

Then, when he gets pissed, she plays the old "hey, I never promised we'd hook up or be together at the party" card. Yeah, I see a LOT as a DJ in the lifestyle!!!"
