Penile Implant: why no interest?

If you read my profile you know that I have a penile implant. I've had this thing for almost 2.5 years now and never had a chance to use it. I'm here in the hopes of testing it out.
I'm a good guy. I'm a good lover or at least I used be. I readily admit my penis isn't that big. But I can stay hard for as long as you want. My hands and mouth are quite talented. I will satisfy you.
I would think that would be at least a few ladies on this site that would be curious enough to at least give me a chance. But I've been here 7 months now and so far nothing, nadda, zip, zero.
So tell me ladies, why aren't any of you interested? At the very least curious? I see lots of profiles where women say they want to experiment and try new things. Well I'm certainly a new experience. Why not try ?
Is it something about the implant? The size? My age? Am I just ugly?
Seriously, tell me why I can't score. I want to know.
