Comfort loneliness 谁能慰籍
I was ready to meet
Excitedly anticipating
To have a good time together
But he missed the appointments
Leaving me waiting in loneliness
It was late at night but I could not sleep
There is no place to tell my heart
Who can comfort my emptiness

我做好了一切准备
满心欢喜的期待着
共度美好欢乐时光
他竟然失约了两次
让我寂寞的等待着
夜已深却辗转难眠
心里有话无处可诉
谁能慰籍空虚的心

 Beautiful in English, but I have a hunch it's even more beautiful in Chinese

(though I'll sadly never get to read it as such, coz I'm too old to even start learning the language on a basic level, let alone the advanced level needed to appreciate poetry)
