Got comfirmed but was mislead by FriendFinder-x

Do I struggled to get comfirmed but was mislead by FriendFinder-x because I read where if I did get comfirmed I would receive a free two week membership. I have tried to address this issue with FriendFinder-x but the have ignored my message. I also have realized a long time ago that the instant messagenger also has terrible glitches and these are just some of reasons why I won't pay for a membership. Any feed back ??
