Sometimes this site leads people to an aggression that isn't very flattering, I often find myself falling into the same trap. As men here there is so much competition for the women here that we push, hoping to get to talk, to meet that special woman before she finds someone "better". I guess I'm realizing now that it is best to try to be myself, try to build a friendship, hope that maybe she will see that I might be that someone who is "better". Some people say "there is no way you can get anything special on a site like this!" but I'm a firm believer that it isn't how or where you meet, just that you do. So I'm chatting with a friend and she asks if I like hulless popcorn. I admit it had been a while since I ate any but it was ok. Today I am grabbing a loaf of bread and notice hulless cheddar popcorn and decide to grab it, a bigger bag, as I'm eating at it I am trying to decide how much I like it.....It is pretty good.... Not sure how many hockey fans are out there but I am a big one and I'm sure there are a few of you out there. My local team, the Pittsburgh Penguins, are one win away from winning the Stanley Cup. Another holiday weekend is upon us. Typically I don't enjoy holidays much anymore, my have scattered, my family has scattered so a time I'd like to spend with my usually just leads to alone time. this year will be different, I resolve to have a good weekend. It will start today with golf, cornhole, food and beer with friends. What more could a single guy want? Happy Memorial Day weekend to all!
